Crusado brings casino games, live tables, jackpots and sports betting together on one site. There are also bonuses, tournaments, Challenges, a Coin Store and a five-level VIP programme. This gives users several sections to explore beyond the regular casino lobby.
Each part of the site works a little differently. Casino and sports bonuses have their own rules, while Challenges let users earn Coins by completing specific tasks. These Coins can then be spent in the Store. Everything is connected to the same account, but the requirements depend on the feature being used.
The site is split into several main areas. Casino and Live Casino cover regular and dealer games, while Sports and Live Betting are used for pre-match and in-play betting. Challenges are where Coins can be earned, and the Store is where they can be exchanged for available rewards.
| Area | Content | Main function |
|---|---|---|
| Casino | Slots, blackjack, roulette and other games | Main gaming lobby |
| Live Casino | Dealer tables and live formats | Separate live section |
| Jackpots | Epic Jackpots and All Jackpots | Dedicated jackpot collections |
| Sports | Pre-match and live markets | Integrated sportsbook |
| Bonuses | Casino, sports and special promotions | Deposit offers and cashback |
| Challenges | Casino, sports and one-time tasks | Earning Coins |
| Store | Bonus Money, free spins and free bets | Spending Coins |
| VIP | Five membership levels | Account-level features |
All these sections are linked to one Crusado account, but they do not use the same rules. A casino bonus may have different requirements from a sports offer, while Challenges and Store rewards work in their own way. This means it is worth checking the conditions for the particular feature being used.
The casino lobby is divided into categories that make it easier to find games. Players can explore titles by Providers or move directly to categories such as Hot, Top, New, Exclusive, Epic Jackpots, Roulette, Live Dealer, Game Shows, and Blackjack. This layout helps narrow down the selection depending on the type of game a player is interested in. For those who prefer to skip browsing through individual categories, Crusado also provides a search function where a specific game title can be entered and found directly.
Games can also be browsed by provider. The directory can be sorted by popularity, alphabetically or by the number of available titles. Some of the larger catalogues currently include Spinomenal with 732 games, Pragmatic with 580 and Fazi with 406.
Crusado also carries games from studios such as Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, Playson, Novomatic, Red Tiger and Pragmatic Live. The number of titles from each provider can change as games are added or removed, so the figures shown in the directory are not fixed.

Slots take up a large part of the casino lobby, but users do not have to scroll through one long catalogue. Hot, Top, New and Exclusive offer different ways to browse the selection, and provider filters can be used to narrow it down further. Each game still has its own stakes, rules and features.
The Hot section, for example, currently includes games such as 3 Super Hot Chillies, Le Bandit, Gates of Olympus 1000, Flame Fruits Frenzy and Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe. The selection mixes titles from several studios rather than focusing on one provider.
Being listed under Hot, Top or another Crusado category does not mean that a game automatically qualifies for every promotion. A Challenge, tournament or bonus may name particular games or set its own minimum stake and other conditions. The rules of the individual promotion are therefore separate from the normal lobby categories.

Jackpot games have a separate area in the casino. Crusado divides this part of the lobby into Epic Jackpots and All Jackpots. At the moment, the two categories show 84 and 403 games respectively.
The selection includes titles such as Cash Connection Sizzling Hot, 20 Mega Hotfire, Fire Crown and Aztec Gemstones. The wider All Jackpots section adds more games, including Heart, Shamrock Max, Power Coin and Versailles.
Not every jackpot game works in the same way. Stakes, prize mechanics and jackpot rules depend on the individual title. A game appearing in the Crusado jackpot section also does not automatically mean that it can be used with every bonus or Challenge.

Live Casino has its own section in the main navigation. It contains dealer games and other live formats, while using the same Crusado account and balance as the rest of the casino. Pragmatic Live is one of the providers represented here, with 208 entries currently shown in the provider directory.
Roulette and Blackjack also have their own category buttons. This makes it possible to go straight to these games instead of searching through the full casino lobby. Table limits, side bets and rules can vary from one game to another.
Game Shows are placed in a separate category as well. They use live or presenter-led formats but are different from standard roulette and blackjack tables. The categories mainly help with browsing, while the actual rules are set for each individual game.

Crusado’s welcome package is spread across the first four eligible deposits, allowing players to receive the bonus in several stages rather than all at once. In total, the offer provides 375% in bonus funds up to €11,000, along with 350 free spins. To activate each part of the package, a qualifying deposit of at least €20 is required.
The four stages are divided as follows:
Before any bonus-related funds can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering conditions must be completed. Crusado sets this requirement at 30x the combined value of the qualifying deposit and the bonus received. This means the advertised €11,000 maximum is the total available across all four stages, not the amount given with a single deposit. Each stage has its own percentage and maximum bonus amount.
The free spins are not all added at once. With the first Crusado deposit, the 125 spins are released as 25 per day over five days. The next three deposit stages each include 75 spins, released as 25 per day for three days.
While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet is €5. Winnings from free spins have a 30x wagering requirement and are capped at €50 under the promotion rules. The welcome offer also has an overall cash-out limit of three times the bonus value, and the wagering period is ten days.
These rules should not be confused with normal cashier limits or VIP withdrawal limits. Crusado can therefore have a payment limit, a VIP-specific withdrawal limit and a separate bonus cash-out restriction applying to different parts of the same account. The relevant figure depends on which type of balance or transaction is being used.
Crusado continues to offer casino promotions after the welcome package has been completed. Two recurring reload deals are available during different parts of the week:
While bonus money from either promotion is active, the maximum permitted bet is €5. Both offers also limit withdrawals to five times the value of the bonus received. However, the two reload promotions operate independently and have their own wagering rules, time limits and free-spin conditions. Activating or completing one offer does not automatically activate the other.

Crusado separates its cashback offers for casino play and sports betting, with different rates and conditions applying to each option:
Casino and sportsbook results are not combined into one cashback calculation. Each offer uses activity from its own product and follows a separate weekly cycle. VIP status has a direct role in casino cashback, while the sports offer uses its own eligibility and turnover conditions.
Sports betting is accessible directly from the main navigation, with Sports and Live Betting separated into their own entries. The sportsbook shares the same account with the casino but maintains its own markets and promotional conditions. Pre-match and in-play betting are both available through Crusado.
The Crusado Sports Welcome Bonus matches 100% of the first eligible sportsbook deposit up to €200, with a minimum deposit of €20. The promotional amount comes with a 7x wagering requirement, and only qualifying bets placed at odds above 1.90 contribute toward it. Boosted odds, free bets, system bets, repeated selections, cashed-out wagers and voided bets are excluded from the required turnover. The offer must be activated within seven days of the first deposit, while players have 30 days to complete the wagering conditions. Any transfer from the bonus balance to the real-money balance is limited to a maximum of €1,000.
Crusado Challenges offer a separate way to collect rewards without relying on traditional percentage-based deposit bonuses. The system is divided into Casino Weekly Challenges, Sport Weekly Challenges and One-Time Challenges, with each task displaying its conditions, current progress and the number of Coins awarded for successful completion. Current casino challenges feature games such as The Dog House Multihold, Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter, 5 Lions Megaways 2 and Energy Coins: Hold and Win, with these tasks showing a minimum bet of €0.30. Players who complete 20 Casino Weekly Challenges can also receive an extra 50 Coins as part of the current weekly objective.
Sports Challenges use betting activity instead of casino rounds. Crusado currently shows tasks such as making a sports bet, placing a multiple bet on ice hockey and placing single bets on Football Bundesliga or Deutsche Eishockey Liga. Some of these tasks require a minimum €15 stake and minimum odds of either 1.5 or 2.0.

Weekly Challenges come with individual tasks as well as a larger target. In the sports section, Crusado shows 31 tasks for the week. Completing 30 of them gives an extra 50 Coins, while Coins can also be collected from the individual tasks along the way.
One-Time Challenges work differently because they are tied to specific account actions and do not reset every week. Examples include winning five sports bets, making a second deposit, completing a first withdrawal or activating a first bonus. The second-deposit task starts from €20, while the first-withdrawal Challenge does not set a minimum amount.
| Challenge type | Example | Displayed requirement or reward |
|---|---|---|
| Weekly Casino | Play The Dog House Multihold | Minimum bet €0.30 |
| Weekly Casino | Complete 20 Challenges | 50 Coins |
| Weekly Sports | Complete 30 Challenges | 50 Coins |
| Sports | Multi bet on Ice Hockey | Minimum €15, odds 1.5 |
| One-Time | Make a second deposit | Minimum deposit €20 |
| One-Time | Make a first withdrawal | Any amount |
The basic idea is simple: Challenges give Coins, and Coins can later be used in the Store. They are not part of the regular casino or sportsbook cash balance. Weekly tasks return on a schedule, whereas a One-Time Challenge is completed once when the required action is done.
The Store is where collected Coins can be used. It is split into All, Best Sellers, Bonus Money, Free Spins and Free Bets, so the available rewards are not limited to one type. Crusado also uses different Coin prices for individual items rather than giving every Coin a fixed cash value.
Coins can currently be used for three main types of rewards:
Bonus Money can be purchased in the Crusado Store at several Coin levels: €5 costs 50 Coins, €10 requires 90 Coins, €20 is available for 150 Coins, €30 for 220 Coins, and €50 for 320 Coins. Since the number of Coins required does not increase at a fixed rate, a single Crusado Coin has no standard euro value across the different Store rewards. Free spins work differently, as they are assigned to particular slot titles instead of being offered as universal spins. Available options currently include Lord of the Ocean, 5 Sevens Hold & Win, Book of Ra Deluxe, Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe and Jackass Gold Hold & Win Buy Bonus, with each Store card indicating the stake that applies to its free-spin package.
Sports bonuses can be found in the Free Bets section. Visible denominations include €5, €10, €20, €30 and €40, with the required Coin amount increasing as the free-bet value rises. The €5 option costs 50 Coins, €10 costs 90, €20 costs 170, €30 costs 250 and the €40 reward is displayed at 310 Coins.
The Crusado Best Sellers section combines several reward types rather than creating another balance. Current examples include ten free spins for Book of Ra Deluxe at a €0.20 bet for 50 Coins, ten spins for 2 Wild 2 Die at €0.10 for 50 Coins, €10 Bonus Money for 90 Coins and a €10 Sport Freebet for 90 Coins.
Store rewards remain separate from deposit promotions. Purchasing an item with Coins does not make the Welcome Pack or reload conditions applicable to that reward. Each Store item can have its own conditions after it has been added to the Crusado account.
The VIP Members Club has five levels. Progress is based mainly on deposit activity, and the available features change as the level goes up. The VIP system works separately from Challenges, so earning Coins does not move an account through the five VIP levels.
| VIP level | Weekly cashback | Withdrawal timeframe | Withdrawal limit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Level 1 | 0% | 3 business days | Standard |
| Level 2 | 0% | 3 business days | Standard |
| Level 3 | 5% | 1–3 business days | Standard |
| Level 4 | 10% | 1–2 business days | Double the limit |
| Level 5 | 15% | 1 business day | Triple the limit |
More features become available at the higher Crusado levels. Level 1 includes on-site promotions and 24/7 live chat, while Level 2 adds personalised offers. A personal VIP manager appears at Level 3, and exclusive trips are added from Level 4.
Cashback and withdrawal conditions also change with the level. Cashback starts at 5% on Level 3 and rises to 15% on Level 5. The upper levels also come with shorter withdrawal timeframes and higher withdrawal limits.

VIP status is linked to the account rather than to one temporary bonus. At Crusado, the current level can affect cashback, withdrawal limits and access to certain services. An active casino or sports bonus still follows its own rules.
A personal VIP manager becomes available from Level 3, while Levels 4 and 5 add further account features. The system is progressive, so features introduced at an earlier level can remain available after moving higher.
VIP status does not cancel the conditions of an active promotion. For example, moving to a higher level does not remove wagering requirements from a welcome or reload bonus. Store rewards and Challenges also continue to work under their own rules.
Crusado supports regular banking methods as well as several cryptocurrencies. Deposit options include Bank Transfer, Sofort, Visa, Mastercard and Giropay. Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum are also listed among the available methods.
The standard minimum deposit is €10 or the equivalent in the account currency. Some payment methods may have different limits, and bonuses can require a larger deposit. The Welcome Pack, for example, starts from €20.
The same difference can be seen in Challenges. A one-time Challenge for making a second deposit requires at least €20. So a deposit can be large enough for the cashier but still be too small for a particular Crusado bonus or task.
Deposit and withdrawal methods are not always the same. If the method used for a deposit is not available for withdrawals, another supported option can be selected. Bank transfer can be used as an alternative when another suitable payout method is not shown.
Crusado processes withdrawal requests within up to three business days, from Monday to Friday. Verification or other account checks may need to be completed first. The processing period does not include the additional time that a bank or payment provider may need to deliver the money.
For bank transfers, this can add another three to five business days after the withdrawal has been released. Other payment methods can have different processing times.
| Payment stage | Current information | What it refers to |
|---|---|---|
| General deposit minimum | €10 or currency equivalent | Basic cashier threshold |
| Welcome Pack qualification | Minimum €20 | Promotional requirement |
| Internal withdrawal processing | Up to 3 business days | Platform processing |
| Bank transfer after release | Additional 3–5 business days | External bank settlement |
| Account verification | May be required before payout | Identity and account checks |
These timeframes and limits refer to different stages of a payment. Meeting the minimum withdrawal requirements does not mean that verification is already complete. Bonus conditions can also remain active at the same time, so several requirements may apply before a Crusado withdrawal is completed.
Verification is separate from registration. Crusado may ask for documents to confirm identity, address or ownership of a payment method. The information in these documents should match the details entered on the account.
Extra checks may also be carried out before a withdrawal is processed. In some cases, more information can be requested to confirm account ownership or a transaction. This process is separate from wagering requirements and other bonus rules.
Finishing a bonus does not automatically complete verification. The same works the other way around: a verified account can still have an active bonus with conditions that have not yet been completed. These are separate parts of the Crusado account.
Opening an account starts with the Register button. The form is split into two parts: first Crusado asks for the main account details, then for personal and contact information.
The process includes the following steps:
After that, the same account works across the casino, sportsbook, Challenges, Store and VIP programme. There is no need to register again for a different section.
Existing users can return through Log In. From there, they can move between Sports, Casino, Live Casino, Jackpots, Bonuses, tournaments and the other sections while staying signed in to the same Crusado profile.
Tournaments are temporary events with their own rules. Some can be linked to selected casino games, and the event page shows what users need to do, how progress is counted and which rewards are available.
They work differently from Challenges, which focus on completing set tasks and collecting Coins. Each Crusado tournament follows its own rules, and only the games named for that event count towards it. Other titles remain available in the regular casino lobby.
The mobile version runs in a browser, so there is no separate account to set up. Players can open Crusado on a smartphone or tablet, sign in as usual and use the main casino and sports sections from the adapted menu.
Moving to another device does not reset account activity. Challenge progress, Coins and VIP status remain linked to the profile. For live casino games and in-play betting, a stable connection is more important because the content updates in real time.
Support is available around the clock through live chat, with email offered as another contact option. Crusado users can contact the team about registration, account access, payments, verification or bonus-related questions. Live chat is suited to a direct conversation, while email can be used when more details need to be provided in writing.
Questions can cover anything from login and registration to payments, bonuses and verification. Crusado also has help information for common payment topics, including deposit methods, withdrawal processing and situations where the original deposit method is not available for a payout.
Not every limit shown on the site applies to the same thing. The cashier has its own minimum amounts, bonuses can set maximum bets or other restrictions, and VIP levels can affect withdrawal limits. These rules need to be considered in the context in which they appear.
Crusado also requires users to meet the stated age requirement and may verify personal details or carry out financial checks when necessary. Responsible gambling and general account controls are covered separately from individual promotions, so the terms of a casino or sports bonus do not replace the wider account rules.
Crusado is built around several types of activity rather than casino games alone. Along with slots and live tables, the platform includes sports betting, jackpots, tournaments, weekly Challenges, a Coin Store and five VIP levels. These extra sections give users different things to do within the same account and show an effort to keep the platform varied rather than centred on a single format.
